It was almost time for Genevieve's little boy to grow up, it seemed like just the other day she was teaching him how to walk, now he was going to be a teenager. She could hardly contain her tears as she gave Jasper what may be the last hug she may ever get without asking. It was then it hit her, he is going to need a male figure in his life and it was now or never.
When she arrived home Jasper was waiting for her, he was really excited but that came to a screeching halt when he saw she brought someone else.
He barely had time to ask any questions before he could feel himself changing. He eagerly looked towards his mother checking to see if she noticed.
He grew up looking just like his father, the man who was standing with his mother. He couldn't help but notice the similarities, his mother never spoke about his father but now he was old enough to do the research himself.
After he opened the gifts his mother bought him which were new clothes a computer and the shoes he had been begging for the strange man introduced himself. He was not about to call this man his father or dad for that matter and suddenly felt a little betrayed by his mother most of all.
Being that it was his birthday and he claimed to be his father, Jasper did not hesitate to ask him for money. He gave it to him without asking any questions, hoping that it would bring them that much closer. Genevieve stayed close by eavesdropping praying that they would get along, it was getting more and more obvious that she will have to look elsewhere for love and commitment.
Olive and Nicholas were getting closer, he finally asked her to be his girlfriend and she was more than happy. He had no idea she was still seeing her highschool sweetheart, and she had no idea he already had a girlfriend.
Gizelle however had convinced herself that she was not worthy of love, so when Amelio tried to get her to open up she closed up like a clam. He was very concerned that she would never truly love him, but had to believe that she would change.
But when she told him he was suffocating her and needed more space he was a little more than hurt. What could he do but let her breath.
Ken decided that it was time for him to explore his talents. He noticed that his sisters had left their work stations behind and took it upon himself to try it.
Maybe this was not his thing. Needless to say he never returned to this station.
Natasha had not seen her husband in days, because of their work schedule it was hard for them to get any time together. This has been an issue between them and has caused many restless nights for her, on occasion she suspected that his secretary Norine has been trying to get in between them. There is always something there when you are not.
